A full show concept for Miu Miu's SS28 Paris Fashion Week presentation, developed within a $250,000 budget. The deck covers every layer of production: BOH logistics, FOH guest experience, and PR strategy — all pulled from Miu Miu's archive aesthetic and brand DNA. The project required thinking simultaneously about atmosphere, operations, and narrative.
